Big news! We officially completed a first round of financing totaling $1M, co-led by Canadian funds iNovia Capital and Real Ventures.
This is amazing news for at least two reasons.
First, the new funds will allow us to grow the team and cover more ground, which will help us make intercity bus travel even more convenient for an increasing number of travellers around the world.
Second, this means that we can also count on the support of amazing and knowledgeable people with very relevant range of expertise and experience in the entrepreneurship field, the travel and leisure industry, and the intercity bus business, including:
- Chris Arsenault and David Nault, respectively Managing Partner and Entrepreneur in Residence at iNovia Capital
- Jean Sébastien Cournoyer, General Partner of Real Ventures
- Peter Kern, Expedia board member and Managing Partner of NYC-based private equity firm InterMedia Partners
- Joe Poulin, CEO of fast-growing Montreal-based travel startup Luxury Retreats
